Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Static QR generation and PNG, SVG and PDF downloads are free. Editable codes, hosted files and paid management features require an eligible plan. Available prices, currency, billing period and included allowances appear on the pricing page. The full charge and any applicable tax are shown before you confirm payment.

Monthly plans renew monthly. Annual plans are paid upfront and renew annually. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. The account owner can update payment details, download invoices or cancel through Plans & billing using Manage or cancel subscription.

Cancellation at the end of a billing period stops the next renewal. Paid access continues until that period ends. Existing editable links continue to their last permitted destination afterwards; paid creation and editing require an eligible plan. Owner deletion, abuse suspension and service discontinuation are separate cases. Hosting is not guaranteed for life.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund. For a billing error or refund request, send the details through support. Do not include your full card number or security code.
